Why I do this

I'm not a coach. I'm the call before the hard conversation.

I don't want to be the person who calls you every week to ask how you're feeling. I'm a get-it-done person, a problem solver and a fixer. An hour with me is a means to an end: you walk in with a real situation, and you walk out knowing exactly what to say and do next.

Most of what I know I learned the hard way, at closing tables and listing appointments. I'd rather you learn it in an hour.

Jamie Jamie Mazuryk, Associate Real Estate Broker

What people bring me

Five things we can fix in an hour.

Bring one. We will get further than you think.

  1. 01

    The fee conversation

Say what you're worth out loud, explain it like a lawyer, and hold it.

In practiceLeave with your fee explanation in your own words, said out loud once.

  2. 02

    A listing appointment

Price, prep, and how to win the listing without discounting.

In practiceWe walk your pricing and your pitch before you walk in the door.

  3. 03

    The offer that is stuck

Deposits, escalation clauses, and the last $5,000.

In practiceYour ceiling, your walk-away, and the one question to ask before you lose it.

  4. 04

    Your first rental

Buying the first home with the next one in mind.

In practiceThe questions for your lender, and the number that says it is time.

  5. 05

    A referral-only business

How I work off referrals and never pay for leads.

In practiceThe touches, the follow-up, and the reason people say "just go with Jamie."

What you get

One hour. Everything on the table.

Replay it in the car before the appointment.
  3. Send it ahead

The listing, the numbers or the offer, before we meet.

    No time wasted on setup.
  4. The words

How I would say it: the fee, the price talk, the hard news.

Say it the way it works.
  5. A straight read

What's true about your situation, even when it isn't what you hoped.

    No pep talk. The truth.

Questions

Who is advising for?

Agents who want to hold their fee and win more listings, and investors or owners planning their next property. If you have a real situation and want a straight read on it, it is for you.

Is this coaching?

No. There is no program and no weekly check-in. You bring a real situation and leave knowing what to do next. Book again when you need to.

Is it really recorded?

Yes, every session. The recording is yours to keep and replay.

Can you be my agent in the deal?

Advising is not representation. If you want me to represent you in buying or selling, that is a separate conversation and a written agreement through Venture Fox Realty Group.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. It is how I would handle it, from my own practice. Your attorney, lender and tax professional have the final word on anything legal or financial.

Bring me the hard conversation.

Tell me what's going on and I will reply with times.

What do you want to work on?

Advising is education and consulting from Jamie Mazuryk, Associate Real Estate Broker with Venture Fox Realty Group. It is not legal, tax, lending or financial advice, and it does not create an agency relationship or representation in any transaction. Where New York law requires, fees for real estate related services are handled through Venture Fox Realty Group. Prices shown are per session and may change.
