Brand guide.
How Jamie Mazuryk looks, sounds and shows up,
everywhere her name appears.

01 The brand
Real estate, told straight.
Jamie is a Capital Region Associate Real Estate Broker, entrepreneur, mom and connector. Real estate is the foundation of what she does. Her personality, her relationships, her taste and her willingness to say the true thing are what make the brand recognizable. People should want to follow Jamie, not just hire a realtor.
"This is Jamie. She knows everyone, knows the market, has great taste, and is the person you want in your corner."The brand in one breath
She feels
She never feels
Three lanes
The filter for every decision.
Buy or sell with Jamie. The truth, a plan, and a fee she explains and holds.
Selected, never recruited. Agents who hold her standard and trade the clients they trust.
YouTube, Instagram, the TV segments, free playbooks, advising, and later a community.
02 Vision, mission and principles
Why it exists, and how it behaves.
Vision · where it is going
The voice of reason in real estate.
Ten years from now, people don't search for an agent. They ask for Jamie. The agents she has trained work the same way across the region, her voice reaches far past the Capital Region, and her business runs on who she is, not on her hours.
Mission · what she does every day
Tell people what is true, then get them there.
When real estate gets loud, with bidding wars, price estimates and AI answers, Jamie is the real voice people trust to tell them what's true. The first call for anyone buying or selling in the Capital Region, and the leader other agents learn from.
Real estate, told straight. The agent you call when you're ready to buy a house, not look at one, and the voice other agents learn the standard from.
The Standard
Six principles, the same for anyone who carries her name.
Each one comes with the question it decides.
Truth first
Say what's true, even when it costs the deal.
DecidesAm I saying what is true, or what is easy?
Connected
She knows the right person for every problem, and puts them to work for you.
DecidesWho is the best person to solve this, and have I made the call?
Handled
The problem isn't explained. It's solved.
DecidesWhat is the real problem, and what solves it?
Conviction
Name the value of the work plainly, and stand behind it.
DecidesIs the value clear enough that the price makes sense?
The work leads
The money follows the work. It isn't the reason for it.
DecidesWould I give this advice if it paid me less?
Presence
A real person who answers the phone and knows your name.
DecidesIs a real person giving a real answer here?
03 Voice
It sounds like Jamie talking.
Conversational and confident. She has opinions and says them. If it reads like a marketing team wrote it, rewrite it until it sounds like her at the kitchen table.
How to write like her
- Say the true thing first. The price, the risk, the mistake. Then the plan.
- Short sentences. One idea each. Plain words over industry words.
- Have an opinion. "I would not do that" beats "it depends."
- Real stories, real mistakes. Her own, with client details left out.
- End on a next step. Watch, download, book, call.
- No em dashes, no exclamation stacks, no hashtag walls.
Her lines
In her own words. Use them the way she says them.
Brand lines. Taglines for headlines, covers and bios.
Price it right and get it ready, and it sells. There's no special sauce.
I'll tell you what's true, even if it costs me the deal.
Here's what that last $5,000 really costs you a month.
Where to eat. Where to live. The truth about both.
03.a Word list
| Say | Not | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Buy a house | Find your dream home | She sells a decision, not a daydream. |
| A plan | A proven, results-driven strategy | Plain words over marketing words. |
| Agent partners | My team | She chose partners over a team in September 2026. |
| Advising | Coaching | One hour on a real deal. She is not a coach. |
| Playbook | Ebook, freebie, download | The name of the series. |
| Associate Real Estate Broker | Realtor, top agent, broker | Her exact license type, required in advertising. |
| Venture Fox Realty Group | VF, Venture Fox | The brokerage, by its licensed name. |
| The Capital Region | Upstate, on its own | Where she works, said the way locals say it. |
| I got a guy for everything | Our trusted vendor network | Her words. Keep them. |
| How I am paid, explained | Any commission rate or percentage | A rate never appears in marketing. |
03.b Never say
04 What she talks about
Five themes, one person.
Real estate, lifestyle, local expertise, leadership and personality. Every post fits at least one theme, and sounds like the same woman in all five.
Buying, selling, investing, offers, inspections, negotiation, and standing up for the client.
Local businesses, restaurants, neighborhoods, people and events. The life of living here.
Building a life you love. Real estate as an investment. The first home that becomes the first rental.
Career, confidence, mentorship, and encouraging other women to think bigger.
Behind the scenes, family, humor, daily life, and the reality of running a business.
On YouTube, four lanes
05 Logo
The M and the house.
The mark is an M whose middle stroke dips into the roofline of a house: her initial and her work in one line. It has been redrawn as clean vector art from her original, so it stays sharp from a business card to a billboard. The name is set in Playfair Display.
Download the logo kitEvery version, SVG and PNG. Single files are in chapter 12.
Primary, stacked. Foil gold on Night.foil-on-dark
Primary on light. The house and name turn Night.foil-on-light
Horizontal. Headers, banners, email.
Monogram. Avatars, favicon, watermark.
Wordmark. When the mark is already nearby.
One color. White, Night or Gold.
Clear space and size
X is about a third of the monogram's width: the M's left leg and diagonal together. Keep that much empty space on every side.
| Version | Smallest in print | Smallest on screen |
|---|---|---|
| Stacked | 1 in wide | 120 px |
| Horizontal | 1.75 in wide | 200 px |
| Monogram | 0.3 in wide | 24 px |
Foil gold is for the logo only, and only where it can shine: dark backgrounds, print foil, signs. Everywhere else, use the flat colorways.
With Venture Fox
Anything that advertises her real estate services carries the brokerage. Use a co-brand lockup, or her logo with the license line from chapter 10. Venture Fox's mark is used as they supply it, never redrawn.
Never
Retired: Homes Team
In September 2026 Jamie chose agent partners over a team, so the Homes Team lockup is retired. Use the logos above for everything new, and swap it out as old materials are reprinted.
06 Color
Night, champagne and gold.
A deep night blue does most of the work, warm paper keeps it human, and champagne and gold are the accent. Gold is jewelry: a little goes a long way.

How much of each
A typical page, post or print piece.
Slate about 15%; champagne and gold together about 10%.
Text on color: pairs that read
4.5 : 1 is the minimum for reading text. Flat gold on a light background works only for big headlines or decoration; for small gold text on light, use Gold ink. Print values are a starting point: ask the printer for a proof before a large run.
07 Typography
An editorial serif, a clean sans.
Two families, both free on Google Fonts and built into Canva. Nothing else.
Headlines · Playfair Display
Aa Aa
Regular 400 and Medium 500, with Italic for emphasis. For headlines, quotes, her signature and big numbers.
Everything else · Poppins
Aa
Regular 400 for reading. Medium 500 and SemiBold 600 for labels and buttons. ExtraBold 800 only for video thumbnail hooks.
The signature move
Most headlines come in two parts: a plain first half, then an italic second half that lands the point. One italic phrase per headline, never more. For the one word that really matters, use the gold highlight underneath. Headlines are sentence case; only eyebrows and buttons are all caps.

Her face, real rooms, real people.
Modern, editorial, elevated, warm. Feminine but not girly. A mix of polished branding photos and candid, social-first moments. Houses support the story; Jamie is the story.

Use
- Eye contact, a real expression, her glasses.
- Warm, natural light and real rooms.
- Cutouts of Jamie on the slate backgrounds for video covers.
- The arch crop for portraits on the site and in print.
- Local places and people, credited when they are a business.
Avoid
- Stock photos of houses or handshakes as the main image.
- Heavy filters, fake blur, or poses with a SOLD sign.
- Clients' faces or homes without written permission.
- Photos of her family without her OK for that use.
- Busy backgrounds behind text or the logo.
08.a Approved photos
From the July 2026 branding shoot. Use these first. Anything else, including photos with clients or family, needs Jamie's OK for that use.
09 In use
What it looks like out in the world.
You can walk away at the closing table
If you don't know your value, other people won't.
Portraits sit in an arch: round top, soft square corners.
Plain first half, italic second half. You call to buy a house. We get you there.
A soft gold highlight under the one word that matters.
Pill buttons in champagne with dark text, all caps, spaced out.

11 The rules that aren't optional
A licensed broker's brand plays by the book.
Jamie is a New York State Associate Real Estate Broker with Venture Fox Realty Group. These rules protect her license, and they come before any design choice.
Anything that advertises her real estate services says Venture Fox Realty Group and "Associate Real Estate Broker," exactly. Every page of her website carries it, with a link to the brokerage.
New claims, offers, playbooks and campaigns go to Venture Fox's broker before they go live.
Her website links the NYS Housing and Anti-Discrimination Notice on every page. Never describe who a home is "perfect for" by family status, age, religion or any protected group.
Commissions are negotiable and set with each client in writing. Her rate never appears in marketing.
Reviews word for word, with the source. Awards and rankings named with where they came from. No invented numbers.
Any example with a down payment or monthly payment also states the rate, APR, term and number of payments.

13 Do and don't
The short version.
Do
- Lead with Jamie's face and Jamie's words.
- Say the true thing first, then the plan.
- Give most of the space to Night, paper and slate. Save gold for accents.
- Set headlines in Playfair with one italic turn, everything else in Poppins.
- Use the logo files from the kit, at the sizes in chapter 5.
- Put the brokerage and license line on anything that sells her services.
- End every piece of content on one clear next step.
Don't
- Sound like a marketing team, or like realtor Instagram.
- Stretch, recolor, shadow or retype the logo.
- Use foil gold for text or backgrounds.
- Add a third font, or more than one italic phrase to a headline.
- Use em dashes, exclamation stacks or dream-home language.
- Publish a commission rate, an unsourced credential or an edited review.
- Use the retired Homes Team logo on anything new.
